As many at Immanuel may or may not be aware, Braden is undergoing chemotherapy right now. So as his church family, we want to support Braden and Christy as they are dealing with the highs and lows that come along with this. So we have opened up a Care Calendar with some needs that Braden and Christy have suggested may be helpful to them (i.e. occasional dinners, and some baked breakfast goodies for each week).

Please check it out and sign up! Keep in mind though, that this is an on-going Calendar and may change from time to time. So check back for more needs that may arise.

Also, be advised that there is a race that will run down Loomis in the morning. Give yourself a little more time and go to www.HomeTeamCharityRun.org to see more about parking.

Please be praying for the people of Japan and all those affected by the recent earthquake and resulting tsunami.

If you would like to give financially to partner with churches on the ground in Japan doing ministry and relief, you can give here.

Be forewarned: this Sunday is the day we spring our clocks forward one hour. That means 10:45 AM will come sooner than you think.

On the second Saturday of every month we host a theological round table discussion over lunch.

This month’s topic: “A few thoughts on God, Jesus, salvation, judgment, heaven, hell, who’s in, who’s out, and Rob Bell.”
