This Sunday (5/27) will be Pastor Nathan’s last Sunday preaching until August 26th! The members have graciously given him a three-month sabbatical after serving at Immanuel for eight years.

Nathan will be unreachable during this time, so direct any of your needs to info and the other elders will be glad to take care of it.

This Sunday at the end of the service we will be sending the Carters off with prayer, asking the Lord to give them a time of rest and rejuvenation in the gospel so that they can come back refreshed for many more years of ministry.

If you want to keep up with some of what they will be doing this summer, you can follow www.forthesakeofthename.wordpress.com.

Mary Beth was wondering if someone from Immanuel might have a car seat for a 20 month old that he isn’t using? She would need it from May 9th – May 16th. She’s driving the Nepali refuge woman she tutors and her young son to Pennsylvania to see her parents and siblings whom she hasn’t seen in four years.

Contact marybethdmyers if you can help out.
