Our traditional Easter Potluck Breakfast will take place at 9:30 AM on Easter Sunday (3/31) at The Meeting Place. Bring your appetite and a breakfast dish to share with all! Come for a wonderful time of celebrating the resurrection of our King with the Immanuel family.

If you have any questions, please contact Cyndi at koinonia at immanuel dash baptist dot net.

The Good Friday Service is at 6:45 PM this Friday (3/29) at The Meeting Place. It will be a guided reflection on the arrest, trial, crucifixion, and burial of Jesus as told by Matthew with time for silence and prayer.

Please join us in continual prayer from the Good Friday Service to the Easter breakfast! We are asking that every person sign up for a one hour time slot to take time to seek the Lord and pray for our church. If you missed the Sign-Up sheet at church this Sunday please email Abby at prayer to see what times still need prayer volunteers. Feel free to pray together as a family or individually. This Saturday during our regularly scheduled Joint Outreach we will be hosting a memorial service for one of the ladies who we built a relationship with through it. Please be in prayer for the time as Pastor Nathan tries to present the gospel very clearly and compassionately. We are hoping for a large crowd from the community to be there. We could use more people to come and help with set-up and tear-down and counseling with guests. Contact Woo if you have any questions – outreach.

The Onion recently reported that the number of users who actually enjoy Facebook is down to four. So why are we still on it? How can we think Christianly about the world of email, iPhones, Tumblr, and Instagram? What are the positives and potentials? And what are the detriments and dangers?

This Sunday (3/17) we’ll have one of our monthly Table Talks. We’ll all go home after the service and I’ll send you a link to log in to a chat room where we’ll discuss the topic of ‘Social Media’.

Just joking. Stick around after the service for free food and discussion at The Meeting Place.
